Producing items that are of both high quality and long lasting is a difficult task for companies right now. There huge need wide range engineering materials in today’s technologically advanced globe. The strength qualities the material determine amount may be used. Due to its excellent mechanical low density, aluminum-7075 alloy mostly employed transportation applications such as aerospace, marine, vehicle production. This study addresses fabrication characterization Al7075 semisolid metal matrix composite (MMC) reinforced with graphene nanoparticles. Samples made without stirring at various temperatures 800°, 830°, 860°, 890°, 920°C. At these temperatures, semisolid, so introduced stirred into molten liquid. specimens meet requirements American Society Testing Material (ASTM). hardness, tensile strength, impact compression evaluated compared. Temperature lowers compression. A scanning electron microscope (SEM) used examine microstructure. specimen using ANSYS. Specimens have better characteristics. Graphene has hardness strength.
